Christmas Melody flute recorder

In the woodwind family, the flute is a soprano instrument. In the lower register, it has a smooth and warm tone that can become clearer, brighter and piercing in the higher register. The flute, is the oldest woodwind instrument. There were two ways to play the flute in the early days: Vertically, like a recorder, or horizontally, in what was known as the transverse positionWhen I play the flute, I have a lot of difficulty. The fingerings come first, followed by the breathing. It was difficult for me to learn to play the flute at first because I didn't know how to identify the notes, but as my teacher explained how to do so, it became much easier for me. I put in a lot of work to have a good result when playing the flute, and I'm happy with the outcomes. Although it isn't perfect, and I continue to make errors, I am at least learning from my mistakes. Playing the flute has taught me patience, hard work, and the importance of learning from your mistakes.

Always remember to keep your health in mind!

Healthy eating is essential for your child's good health, growth and development. Healthy eating in childhood means they will have less chance of developing chronic diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity and some cancers. It will also mean they feel better, look better and enjoy life more.

Through the Skin

One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer. I made this 3D sculpture out of a box and several colored clays. On one side, healthy skin is represented, but on the other burned skin is represented. The epidermis , or outermost layer of skin, serves as a waterproof barrier and is responsible for skin tone. The dermis is the layer of skin underneath the epidermis that contains tough connective tissue, hair follicles, and sweat glands. The hypodermis (deeper subcutaneous tissue) is made up of fat and connective tissue. On the other hand, only the epidermis , the outer layer of skin, is affected by first-degree burns. The burn site is red, painful, dry, and blister-free. As an example, consider a mild sunburn. Long-term tissue damage is uncommon and frequently manifests as an increase or reduction in skin pigmentation.

Lets Travel!

Traveling can heal our souls especially when we are with family. Every once in a while I wish I can visit different places and meet different people. Culture is an amazing thing to explore.
